All vehicles are comprehensively insured and subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
In case of an accident, the renter is responsible for obtaining the first police report.
The rental charges shall continue till the submission of the same.
Insurance does not cover the damage or loss of the following:
Side view morrors, Antenne, Tyres & Rims, Windscreens and
Under-carriage of vehicle.
The customer is liable to pay the actual costs of the above damages.
CDW and TP are obligatory charges.
Theft Protection would limit the customer's liability to R.O.250/- on all vehcles subject to the submission of police report.
UAE INSURANCE
Vehicles are not allowed to be driven outside the Sultanate of Oman.
Any vehicle driven outside the Sultanate is not covered by any of the above insurance policies. Special arrangement can be made for vehicles to be taken to UAE.
